A. Rental Period & Late Fees
The rental begins when the equipment leaves our yard and ends when it is returned. Late returns will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate.
B. Equipment Condition & Use

Inspection: The Renter acknowledges they have inspected the equipment and it is in good working order.

Proper Use: Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose by qualified, trained operators.

Prohibited Use: No subletting or moving the equipment to a different job site without written consent.
C. Maintenance, Fuel, & Cleaning

Fuel: Equipment must be returned with a full tank, or a refueling fee of $[Amount] per gallon will apply.

Cleaning: A cleaning fee will be assessed if the equipment is returned with excessive mud, concrete, or debris.

Daily Checks: The Renter is responsible for daily fluid checks and basic maintenance during the rental period.
D. Damage, Loss, & Insurance

Liability: The Renter assumes all risk of loss or damage.

Theft: In case of theft, the Renter must provide a police report within [24] hours.
E. Indemnification & Release
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold KLA Equipment Rentals harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from the operation of the equipment. Rent at your own risk.
